- No. You book by WhatsApp or call, and the inspector goes to the car first. After the inspection is complete, we send you a secure payment link over WhatsApp. You pay only after the car has been inspected.
- How long does an inspection take?
- About one hour on-site, from the inspector reaching the car to finishing the checklist. The digital report reaches you within hours of that. The Premium plan guarantees the report within 3 hours, including the video walkthrough.
- What happens if the car has issues?
- Every flagged item in the report comes with a photo and a clear note from the inspector — not just a red checkbox. You get an estimated repair cost and negotiation points, so you can bargain with evidence or walk away.
